Automotive parts for 2W, 3W & 4W
We source from qualified Indian manufacturers, inspect against a written checklist before dispatch, and prepare documentation early so consignments are not held at the destination port.

- Transmission — clutch plates, gears, chains, sprockets, cables
- Braking — pads, shoes, discs, master and wheel cylinders

Pre-dispatch QC & documentation

- Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and inspection report per shipment
- Photographs of packed cartons before the container is sealed
Electric Mobility
EV retrofitment kits for 2w,3w & 4w
Conversion kits for existing combustion vehicles, specified against the load, gradient and daily range your fleet actually runs. We start with a small pilot, measure it, and only then discuss scale.

Kit components
- PMSM for 3w/4w 3kW to 30kW or hub motor 0.5kW to 3kW for 2w, sized to payload and gradient
- Motor controller with programmable current and regen limits 48V, 52V, 60V, 72V.
- Lithium battery pack with BMS and cell balancing 2kW to 15kW
- Digital display, throttle assembly and wiring harness
- Rear axle for 4w and differential for 3w
- IoT telematics unit with GPS, remote diagnostics and OTA updates for battery
- VCU to ensure safety of the kits and effective communication
Pilot-first, matched to your duty cycle
- Duty-cycle study: daily km, stop density, load, gradient and charging windows
- Kit specified to that profile rather than a single catalogue configuration
- 10–40 unit pilot before any fleet-wide commitment
- Installation training for your workshop team, carried out on site
- Spares list and service intervals handed over with the pilot
- Review after one full operating season, then a scale specification
Software
Fleet Management for Workshop
For workshops maintaining mixed 2W, 3W and 4W fleets, where jobs stall because nobody knows which bay is free, which part was used, or what to tell the customer.

Core modules
- Digital job cards with work items, labour and parts on one record
- Bay and technician allocation by skill and availability
- Service history per vehicle with automated service-due reminders
- Parts consumption posted against each job, so stock matches reality
- Job status updates sent to the customer without a phone call
- Dashboards for jobs open, turnaround time, revenue and technician output
Problems it solves
- Vehicles waiting because bay scheduling lives on a whiteboard
- Job costing guesswork — you see labour and parts per work order
- Repeat services missed because reminders depend on memory
- Stock shrinkage from parts issued without a linked job
- Customers calling for updates that the system can push automatically
Software
Warehouse inventory management
Stock accuracy for distributors holding fast-moving spares across several locations and dealer points, where a wrong stock figure costs a sale or a duplicate order.
Capabilities
- Barcode receipt, pick, pack and cycle-count workflows
- Multi-location and dealer-point stock in a single ledger
- Reorder automation on min/max levels and consumption velocity
- Batch and BL tracking for warranty-sensitive parts
- Ageing and slow-mover reports so cash is not parked in dead stock
Rollout
- Opening-stock import and SKU normalisation across locations
- Handheld scanner configuration and floor-team training
- Parallel run against your existing method for one full cycle
Consulting
ASEAN go-to-market consulting
Country-specific work for Indian OEMs entering the Philippines, Cambodia or Myanmar, and for local importers evaluating an Indian supply base. We answer the questions particular to each market, not generic market-entry theory.
Country-specific questions we answer
- Philippines: Emerging EV, tricycle and motorcycle segment structure, LTO registration realities, provincial dealer coverage
- Cambodia: import duty and clearance practice, Phnom Penh versus provincial demand, cash-cycle expectations of distributors
- Myanmar: payment and remittance constraints, spares depth needed for uptime, workshop capability on the ground
Deliverables
- Pricing bands: landed cost, distributor margin, dealer margin, selling price
- Distributor and dealer mapping with introduction support
- Duty, tax and homologation summary per country
- After-sales and spares plan sized to the fleet you expect
