Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask us first

Sourcing scope, order sizes, lead times, pricing structure and how we handle problems — answered plainly, without padding.

What exactly does KSRS Enterprise supply?+

Four lines of work: automotive aftermarket parts sourced from Indian manufacturers, EV retrofit kits and components for 2w, 3w & 4w, fleet management software for workshops plus warehouse software, and ASEAN go-to-market consulting for companies entering markets such as the Philippines, Cambodia and Myanmar.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?+

KSRS Enterprise Private Limited is a Company registered in Bengaluru. We are not a factory. We source from vetted Indian manufacturers, run our own sampling and packaging checks, and handle documentation and dispatch coordination so a buyer deals with one accountable counterpart instead of several suppliers.

What is the minimum order quantity?+

It depends on the part family and the manufacturer. For fast-moving service parts a mixed pallet is usually workable; for slower-moving or tooling-dependent items the manufacturer's MOQ applies. Send the part list and target quantity and we will confirm the real MOQ per line rather than quoting a blanket number.

How long does a first order take?+

For a first-time buyer, expect indicative pricing within a few working days of receiving a clear part list, sample dispatch after that, and procurement lead time on top once the sample is approved. Repeat orders on established part families are considerably faster because the specification and packaging are already agreed.

Which markets do you currently serve?+

Our focus is South and Southeast Asia, with active attention on the Philippines, Cambodia and Myanmar alongside the domestic Indian market. We take enquiries from other markets, and we say so plainly when a destination is outside what we can support well.

How do you handle quality issues after shipment?+

Batch sampling and a packaging audit are done before dispatch, with photographs shared. If a defect is reported after arrival, we ask for photographs and the batch reference and agree a replacement or credit on the next shipment. We do not treat a claim as closed until the buyer confirms it is and lead time would be 3-5 business days after receiving the complete information.

Can you quote landed cost, not just ex-works price?+

Yes. We work through landed cost, distributor margin, dealer margin and final selling price so a buyer can see whether the part is competitive in their own market before committing to a container.

Is the fleet and warehouse software sold separately from parts?+

Yes. Fleet Management for Workshop and the warehouse modules are independent of any parts supply. They can be evaluated on their own, and a pilot is the normal starting point, it would be charged per user per month basis or complete package sell out only with maintenance charges applied.

What information should I include in a first enquiry?+

Target market, product interest, approximate volume or project size, and timeline. Those four points let us respond with something useful instead of a generic company profile.

How quickly will I get a reply?+

Within one business day, in writing — including when the honest answer is that we are not the right fit for the requirement.
